Post & Co. Return Policy

At Post & Co., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges **within 14 days** of the delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, deodorant marks, makeup, tanning products, pet hair, or odors
  • In original condition with any tags still attached

**Final Sale** items cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes: hats, clearance items, custom-made or personalized pieces, seasonal/holiday items, and promotional sale items marked as non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  • Reason for the return (optional but helpful!)

We will reply with instructions and the return info.

Return Shipping

  • We will happily provide a return label for your item(s).
  • You are responsible for carefully packing your items and making sure they are scanned in by the carrier within 5 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within **3 days** of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow **3–5 business days** for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Exchanges

We offer size or item exchanges as long as the product is still in stock. Exchange items ship once the original product is returned and inspected.

Defective or Wrong Items

We stand behind the quality of every Post & Co. product. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out immediately and we’ll make it right.
